The master and second bedrooms feature sumptuous king beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom offers a queen bunk bed, a versatile choice for both adults and children. For additional guests, we provide a foldable queen bed for the living area and a rollaway twin bed upon request, ensuring flexibility and comfort for all.Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day of sun and surf. The three well-appointed bathrooms offer convenience and privacy for all.

Rental House Rules
1. The maximum number of Guests is 12 (both Adults and Kids). Extra Guest Fees are charged per person for any additional guests NOT listed on the reservation.
2. Renters are NOT allowed to have outside / non-registered guests over at the property.
3. Guests will NOT have access to the garage unless approved by the owner/property manager. Extra Fees may apply. There are three LARGE parking spots for guest use in the front of the house. Guests are permitted to park a small trailer in the driveway if there is enough space. Costa Diamante HOA strictly prohibits trailers from being parked on the street.
4. The guest must be 25 or older to reserve this home.
5. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house.
6. A Maximum of 2 Pets (under 40 pounds) is allowed, approval is required before arrival. Pet Fees are charged per Stay as follows: $100dlls for 1 Pet, $150dlls for two pets.
7. The arrival time is 4 pm or later. Departure on the final day is no later than 11 a.m. to avoid a late departure fee.
8. There are three security cameras, 1 in the backyard patio, 1 in the front doorbell, and 1 in the garage driveway. The cameras in the front record both video and sound. The backyard camera is set to record video only for guest privacy.
9. Reservation holders must provide one personal identification at check-in.
